"Come to this location if you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money. I thought State Farm was a reputable company but with staff like these I’m better off having insurance with the chop shop. At least there I know what I’m signing up for! 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend!"

"Victoria is extremely rude! and very unprofessional she doesn’t respond to calls or emails. This company takes advantage of their customers, especially the elderly. DO NOT trust them. They’re out to rip people off. They are more worried about commission than customer service. Go somewhere else if you want honest service. I will be filing a complaint with the state board licensure department on them and hopefully licenses get revoked once they look into their shady practices."

"I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with this insurance company. Despite having a perfect driving record in my 60s and owning two SUVs, I was paying over $500 a month for coverage. After reaching out to Victoria regarding my rate, which was significantly higher than quotes I had received from other companies (around $230 a month), my inquiry was ignored. It wasn’t until my daughter intervened that any action was taken. When I was finally able to contact Victoria to cancel my policy, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She lacked urgency and appeared unconcerned about my situation. This lack of customer service, combined with the unreasonably high rates, raises serious concerns about the practices of this company. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative options before engaging with this insurance provider. They give SCAMMER VIBES!"
